Handle order intake from Zomato, Swiggy, phone, and direct customers
Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
Maintain proper billing using POS system and ensure accuracy in cash/card transactions
Manage packaging and double-check orders before dispatch
Handle customer queries, complaints, or feedback courteously
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and reception area
Manage inventory of packaging materials at the counter
Keep track of daily sales and cash reconciliation
Update kitchen staff about any special instructions from customers
Communicate with delivery partners and ensure smooth handover of orders
