Job Description
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will represent one of Kolkata’s premier car showrooms, ensuring high-quality customer engagement and sales success in your assigned territory. We are looking for ambitious candidates with hardcore sales experience in industries such as Pharma, Automobile, or Real Estate, who can excel in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth in your territory by identifying, targeting, and converting potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of car models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and pitch to customers.
Promotional Activities: Participate in showroom events and promotional activities, ensuring maximum visibility of products.
Reporting: Regularly update sales data and provide reports on territory performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hardcore sales experience, preferably in Pharma, Automobile, or Real Estate industries.
Education: Graduation or Diploma in Automobile or ITI certification.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers.
Appearance: Smart, well-groomed, and presentable demeanor.
Location: Candidates should be comfortable working in designated locations (Barasat, Kalyani, Barrackpore, Park Street, Ruby).
