key responsibilities:
🔹 Lead P&L achievement and strategy development
🔹 Set up and manage the sales unit and processes, with regular performance reviews
🔹 Drive acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners
🔹 Achieve targeted territorial growth and ensure consistent margins
🔹 Oversee price discovery & targeted supply to all channel partners
🔹 Coach, develop, and empower your direct repartee
🔹 Manage procurement of cars for the Franchisee through thorough due diligence
