Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate orders and manage billing through the POS system
Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions securely
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quick order processing
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area
Assist in takeaway and delivery order packaging
Upsell menu items and inform customers about ongoing offers
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve basic issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
Good communication skills (Hindi required; English preferred)
Friendly, responsible, and energetic personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in using Petpooja billing software is an added advantage
Previous experience in a QSR or cafe is preferred but not mandatory
