Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including waffle preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and store upkeep.

• Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage rotation to ensure freshness and availability.

• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality, safety, and service standards.

• Track sales performance, control costs, and reduce waste across operations.

• Hire, train, and lead the team to meet performance, quality, and sales goals.

• Foster a positive work culture through feedback, motivation, and growth opportunities.

• Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints effectively and empathetically.

• Manage maintenance needs (plumbing, electrical, equipment, etc.).

• Travel locally as needed for purchasing raw materials or maintenance supplies.

• Use basic computer applications for store operations, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any college degree (Graduation not mandatory).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in café, QSR, or restaurant management.

• Strong communication skills and English fluency required.

• Must be hands-on and capable of multitasking across operational areas.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

• Accommodation & food provided

• Employees who choose not to avail company accommodation will be eligible for an additional ₹3,000 allowance.
