Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Apparels

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our apparel store. The candidate will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth functioning of the store, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the apparel store.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.

Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.

Support in achieving sales targets and contribute to store growth.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and stock status.

Assist in training and development of new team members.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail (preferably in apparel/fashion industry).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of sales, inventory management, and store operations.

Leadership qualities with ability to manage a small team.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).

Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take initiative.
