• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and quality concerns professionally

• Keep track of fast-moving designs and seasonal trends

Team Coordination:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/monthly targets

• Coordinate with team members for seamless customer service during peak hours

• Share customer feedback and market trends with the Store Manager

• Stay updated on new arrivals, fabric trends, and festive collections
