Job Description:
Happi Mobiles is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Mobiles Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing a team, and executing successful sales strategies in the mobile retail or telecom sector.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and develop a team of sales representatives across the assigned area/territory.

·       Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.

·       Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.

·       Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

·       Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment.

·       Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.

·       Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role in the mobile or telecom industry.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

·       Familiarity with market dynamics, sales tracking tools, and CRM software.
