Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable fabrics, colors, and combinations.
Provide styling advice — suggest what fabrics and designs pair well together.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, including fabric types, textures, drape, and ethnic wear collections.
Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
Handle billing and manage sales transactions accurately.
Keep track of stock levels and assist in inventory updates.
Develop long-term relationships with repeat customers by providing excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in textiles, apparel, or ethnic wear).
Strong knowledge of fabrics, their drape, texture, and usage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales.
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
Basic computer and billing knowledge is an added advantage.
Work Hours:
10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (1 weekly off)
