Duties & Responsibilities of a SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Front Desk Selling -Sales Executive duty is to sell the product to client and introduce new products.

2. Attending clients and leads through call and via whatsapp and generate sales.

3. Handling clients questions and queries and resolving complaints .

4. Doing daily 50 calls approx to invite clients to store.

5. A sales executive duty starts from when client enters the store, to  attending the client and showing them all collection, taking alteration or order if required and then ending sale by billing the product.

6. After sales service play major role in keeping client HAPPY.

7. Everyday review of sales performance will be done by REPORTING.

8. The sales executive should have good communication skills like proper english to attend any client.

1. Visual Merchandizing- Sales Executive knows the best to display products as to what they want to show the client n sell.

1. Requirement- Every week requirement needs to be given via proper order forms on Sunday.

1. Monthly - Visit to the warehouse to procure products what sells at the store.

2. Daybook - Daily cash will be maintained by a sales executive and cash to be maintained daily.
