RAC Technician

We are looking for a RAC Technician to join our team at Nai Coffee Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18500 along with Service Charges + PF + ESI + Gratuity + Insurance + Yearly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be flexible for Night Shift Duty.

• Have knowledge of Maintenance Department work Culture knowledge.

• Check and repair ACs, refrigerators and related systems.

• Install and uninstall appliances as per customer’s request.

• Refill gas and check cooling performance.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks.

• Handle customer complaints and service calls promptly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical wiring, gas filling and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.Key Responsibilities:
