Key Responsibilities and Performance Expectations
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our organisation. Your
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring student progress through homework and assignments.
Facilitating communication between parents, administration, and teachers, and providing regular
feedback on student performance.
Managing attendance records for students and teachers and rescheduling missed classes as needed.
Sending daily class reminders and ensuring smooth scheduling.
Adhering to the organisation's communication protocols, policies, and guidelines at all times.
Reporting daily on class cancellations, reschedules, and other activities using an Excel tracker.
Managing potential leads, scheduling workshops, and overseeing demo sessions until class completion.
Training teachers to deliver effective and engaging lessons.
Gathering regular feedback from parents regarding student and teacher performance.
Driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency through collaboration with various
teams.
Enhancing the quality of teaching and student engagement through workshops, competitions, exams,
and certification programs.
Monitoring work-from-home coordinators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
9. Additional Responsibilities:
Your role will also involve the following key tasks:
Performing financial analysis, forecasting, and assisting with product costing, marketing coupons, and
discount plans.
Coordinating the certification process and ensuring students receive the correct certificates after course
completion.
Collaborating with external certification bodies as needed.
Analyzing students' eligibility for exam registrations in coordination with teachers.
Maintaining records of certificate serial numbers and ensuring accurate Management Information
System (MIS) updates.
Preparing and tracking the team's daily worksheets, ensuring accurate data representation for scheduled
classes, class reallocations, and attendance.
Conducting placement grooming, soft skills training, and online seminars for students.
Acting as the face of our YouTube channel, recording videos about course offerings and organisation services.
