Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and other IT roles.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and experience to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Understand and work with various US work visa categories: H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD, and US Citizens.
Understanding of IT/technical roles, US hiring processes, and experience working with US work authorizations such as H1B, GC, USC, and OPT/CPT candidates.
