🔹 Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical & cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely hiring
Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience inITrecruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
Good understanding of technology skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, DevOps, developers, etc.)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
