Job Summary:
Mazenet is seeking an experienced and proactive Headhunter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for mid to senior-level positions across various domains. This role involves understanding business needs, building a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and social platforms).
Head-hunt passive candidates by leveraging market intelligence and network.
Screen candidates through resume reviews and preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking systems, and recruitment reports.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate with internal HR for offer letters and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Represent the company professionally in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment drives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in headhunting, talent sourcing, or recruitment (preferably in IT/Tech or corporate hiring).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Required Core Skills:
Talent Acquisition – Specialized in Head Hunting
Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong understanding of permanent hiring needs
Nice to Have:
Experience in recruiting for niche skills or senior-level roles.
Certification in HR or Recruitment practices.
