Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment function for our fast-growing car rental business. The role will focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining the right talent across corporate, operations, technical, and driver workforce segments, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to plan and execute talent acquisition strategies across functions and geographies.
Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Manage high-volume hiring for drivers, fleet operations, and frontline staff, as well as leadership and niche role hiring.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and skill development institutes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements, including background checks and license verifications.
Implement standardized recruitment processes, metrics, and ATS/HRMS platforms for efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring timely closure of positions.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Required Skills & Competencies
5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in car rental, logistics, mobility, or high-volume workforce industries.
Strong expertise in driver and blue-collar recruitment, along with exposure to corporate/leadership hiring.
Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure with aggressive hiring targets.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Prior experience in high-growth, operationally intensive industries will be preferred.
