We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, short listing, and schedule candidates for interviews, coordination, interviewing, salary negotiations, and background checks.

  2. In this you have to Do 85% Recruitment

  3. Handling pre-joining (reference verification, salary slips, offer letter) and post joining documents & formalities.

  4. Grievance handling & problem solving.

  5. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
