Key Responsibilities

 Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from understanding client

requirements to successful candidate onboarding.

 Execute bulk hiring campaigns as well as manage leadership and senior-level mandates with

precision.

 Proactively source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking,

referrals, and internal databases.

 Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and in-depth evaluations to ensure the right

talent fit.

 Act as a consultant to clients and candidates, providing guidance, managing expectations, and

ensuring smooth hiring processes.

 Consistently deliver on monthly hiring targets (minimum 10 confirmed joinings per month).

 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future mandates.

 Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and closure trackers for reporting and

performance review.

 Collaborate with team members and management to enhance recruitment strategies and client

delivery standards.
