Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring activities. You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals & social media

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate database and hiring reports

• Support onboarding activities

• Build strong employer branding and candidate relationships
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Ability to multitask and meet targets

• MS Office and email handling skills
  

Qualification:
Any UG degree (HR preferred) | Freshers / 0–2 years experience
