Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and counseling sessions.
Organize employee engagement activities and cultural events.
Performance Management
Support in setting KRAs/KPIs and conducting appraisals.
Monitor employee performance and suggest development plans.
Assist in succession planning and career development.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR records, HRIS, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payroll processing.
Maintain employee benefits programs (insurance, incentives, etc.).
Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize learning sessions.
Evaluate training outcomes and skill enhancement programs.
