Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Ensure proper documentation and background verification of new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Support implementation of performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA setting, mid-year, and annual reviews).
Assist managers in performance improvement plans and feedback sessions.
Maintain performance data and reports.
Identify training needs through performance analysis and business requirements.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Track effectiveness of training initiatives.
Manage employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, payroll input, etc.).
Ensure compliance with statutory laws — PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor regulations.
Assist in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Support in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform policy adherence across departments.
