Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage core HR operations
and support recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of HR processes,
compliance, employee lifecycle management, and vendor coordination—while also contributing to
strategic hiring initiatives when needed.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and
documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leaves, and personnel files
• Draft and refine internal communications, policies, and memos in a professional tone
• Coordinate with finance and admin for payroll inputs and statutory compliance
• Handle vendor empanelment, agreement drafting, renewal tracking, and performance followups
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs across departments
• Ensure implementation of HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational goals
• Support audits and compliance checks with timely documentation and reporting
• Oversee HR dashboards, RAG reports, and process trackers for visibility and accountability
Recruitment
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements
• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines through portals and vendors
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews
• Assist in campus outreach and fresher recruitment when required
• Track recruitment metrics and assist in improving turnaround times and conversion ratios
Required Skills & Attributes
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, HRMS platforms, and free recruitment tools
• Ability to draft formal communication and agreements with clarity
• Vendor management, documentation control, and process orientation
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-through
Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Proven experience in HR operations with exposure to recruitment
• Familiarity with labor laws, audit processes, and HR documentation
