Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing.

Ensure accurate statutory compliance filings – PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, etc.

Prepare and maintain payroll MIS, reports, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, PF/ESIC, and other benefits.

Maintain HRMS and support automation/streamlining of payroll processes.

Recruitment support for junior/mid-level roles across departments.

Manage grievance handling and employee relations issues.

Support HR audits, compliance inspections, and related documentation.

Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll statutory requirements.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).

Ability to handle responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle employee queries.
