Reporting To: HR Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

• ✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

• ✅ Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, performance, etc.

• ✅ Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities

• ✅ Act as a mediator for conflict resolution and provide employee support

• ✅ Coordinate training and development programs

• ✅ Conduct and manage performance appraisals

• ✅ Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

• ✅ Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
