Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to attract and retain top talent. The role involves strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and on boarding candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, agencies, etc.).
Screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional interviews.
Negotiate salary packages and offers in line with company policies.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and ATS systems.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment policies.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
