This position is responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development. 📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and legal requirements

• Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures

• Oversee performance management cycles and support leadership in appraisals

• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

• Coordinate training and development initiatives

• Support payroll inputs and benefits administration

• Drive employee engagement programs and internal communication strategies

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

🎓 Qualifications
