• Manage relationships with consultants on the bench, ensuring their needs and career goals are aligned with available opportunities.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
