We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Sales Recruiter to join our team on a target-based compensation model. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for sales-related positions. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet hiring targets and retain talent.
Identify and source potential candidates for sales positions through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with placed candidates for up to one month to ensure retention.
Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions, hiring status, and performance.
You will be paid based on the number of successful and retained hires.
A candidate is considered a successful hire only if they remain in the role for at least 1 month.
Example:
Target: 10 Sales Hires
Achievement: 5 candidates stay for 1 month
Compensation: 50% of the agreed payout
No payment will be made for hires who leave or are terminated before completing 1 month.
Full payment will be made only upon achieving the full target with retained hires.
Proven experience in recruitment, especially in sales or high-volume hiring.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
High sense of accountability and result orientation.
Flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Performance-driven earnings with no cap on commissions.
