Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Recruitment. As a Recruitment professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods.

- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate candidate records.

- Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies.

- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress.

- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
