Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment requirements for assigned clients.
Understand client hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
Allocate positions among recruiters and monitor daily performance.
Ensure timely closure of client requirements within defined TAT.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular hiring updates.
Track recruiter productivity and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Build and train the recruitment team.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions.
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS reports.
Ensure quality hiring and client satisfaction.
Handle escalations related to clients and candidates.
Develop new sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
