Role overview:-

The Recruitment City Head will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations for the assigned city/region within the logistics vertical. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment teams, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain, and corporate roles. The role demands strong leadership and Hiring Delivery Associates, and a deep understanding of logistics industry manpower dynamics.

Role & responsibilities

1. A minimum of ten new Delivery Associates must be hired at the respective hubs on a

monthly basis.

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Delivery Associate roles, including sourcing, screening,

and shortlisting candidates across various locations.

3. Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and fit for the role.

4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract delivery associates for

different hub locations.

5. Coordinate with HR and department heads to forecast staffing needs.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring practices.

7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

8. Provide onboarding and continuous training to Operation supervisors.

9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

10. Handle escalations and high-priority candidate engagements personally if needed.
