Job Summary:
The Head – Volume Hiring is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-volume recruitment strategies to ensure that monthly hiring targets are consistently met. The role will also lead employee engagement initiatives, including the launch of a business contest and a structured Rewards & Recognition (R&R) program to foster a culture of performance and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end volume hiring operations with a strong focus on achieving monthly manpower targets across functions.
Develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage sourcing channels to ensure timely closures.
Oversee and guide a team of recruiters to ensure efficiency, process adherence, and target achievement.
Launch and manage a Business Contest aimed at boosting employee productivity and engagement.
Design and implement a Rewards & Recognition Program to celebrate high performance and foster motivation.
Monitor and report on hiring KPIs such as volume, quality, TAT, and cost-per-hire to the Director.
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources accordingly.
Continuously improve recruitment processes through technology and innovative sourcing methods.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing high-volume recruitment, preferably in BFSI, retail, or manpower staffing domains.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly hiring targets consistently.
Experience in conceptualizing and running employee contests and recognition programs.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools, ATS, and dashboards.
