Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple domains (Non-IT/IT/Manufacturing/Retail/etc.).

• Understand client requirements and create detailed job briefs and candidate profiles.

• Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals).

• Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Prepare and send professional client communications, JD drafts, and candidate summaries.

• Support in building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be fluent, articulate, and professional.

• Strong sourcing and screening abilities using job portals and social platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
