About the Role:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates. This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Pune. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for various industry-

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) and screen resumes and applications.

Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with potential candidates.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for NAPS & NATS apprenticeship programs

Collaborate with training partners, educational institutions, and government bodies

Manage onboarding and compliance documentation for apprentices

Drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet manpower deployment
