Position Overview : The Overseas Blue-Collar Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for blue-collar positions across international markets. This role ensures knowledge of various countries visa process, manages end-to-end recruitment processes, and builds strong relationships with overseas clients, agencies, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Identify and attract skilled blue-collar workers through job portals, agencies, and direct outreach.

Conduct preliminary interviews (online or in-person) to assess skills, experience, and suitability.

Maintain a robust candidate database for recurring manpower needs.Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in overseas recruitment, preferably in blue-collar roles.

Strong knowledge of international recruitment regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Multilingual skills (English, Hindi etc.) are an added advantage.

Location & Travel

Based in Thane Office.

Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, candidate trade test and mobilization.

Working Time: 9.30-6.30, Sat half day
