The Office Support Executive plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support of the Sylvi workplace. This position ensures that the office environment remains tidy, well-stocked, and presentable, while also assisting team members with routine administrative support as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Handle internal document movement, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Manage basic clerical tasks such as stationery management and courier dispatch.
Greet and assist office visitors and inform the concerned staff.
Deliver inter-departmental messages and support administrative errands.
Assist in light customer handling tasks (answering calls, providing directions, etc.) when required.
Ensure the tidiness and readiness of the office premises daily.
