Your Role:

As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll manage the complete recruitment cycle – from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job descriptions and hiring needs

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals

Screen and shortlist suitable profiles

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Follow up with candidates until joining

Maintain trackers and share daily/weekly updates

Support inclusive hiring drives and internal events

Who Can Apply?

Graduate in any stream

Experience in recruitment preferred

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi

Confident, organized, and proactive

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
