Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
• Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of profiles
• Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and new sourcing methods
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment cycle (IT & Non-IT)
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Target and result-oriented mindset
