We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter to join our team in Ghansoli. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT roles and technologies, be skilled in CV screening, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
CV Screening: Evaluate resumes and technical profiles based on job requirements.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to schedule interviews.
IT Knowledge: Understand IT terminologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, etc.) to assess candidate suitability.
Candidate Sourcing: Source relevant profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Initial Screening: Conduct telephonic or video interviews to assess communication skills and technical understanding.
Follow-up: Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process until onboarding.
Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Prior experience as an IT recruiter or in a technical recruitment role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Candidate must be comfortable working from Ghansoli office.
