Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office / Sales Executive to manage front desk operations and drive sales for our organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients/visitors at the front desk.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

• Maintain client records and ensure smooth office operations.

• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Maintain an updated database of clients and leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in front office or sales will be an added advantage.
