We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract top talent using various hiring platforms such as Naukri, Shine, JobHai, Apna, and other job boards specific to the Indian job market. End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize leading job portals such as Naukri, Shine, JobHai, Apna, and other specialized job boards to source high-quality candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and team needs.
Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews for various roles, both technical and non-technical, in collaboration with the hiring teams.
Offer Management: Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure successful candidate closure.
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Analytics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience to optimize recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, online forums, and through social media to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards during the hiring process.
Experience: 1-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates using Indian job portals like Naukri, Shine, JobHai, Apna, and others.
Knowledge of Job Portals: Extensive experience working with job boards and recruitment tools (Naukri, Shine, Apna, JobHai, Indeed India, etc.).
Candidate Screening: Strong skills in screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
Interviewing: Ability to interview candidates across multiple domains, including both technical and non-technical roles.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, and ability to leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salary and job terms to ensure candidate acceptance and organizational fit.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in recruiting for industries such as IT, e-commerce, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Any relevant certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are a plus.
Niche Sourcing: Ability to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles using creative methods (e.g., niche job boards, social media, referrals).
