This role involves travel, conducting onsite interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The Field Recruiter will also play a crucial role in enhancing the employer's brand and providing a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.

• Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience in the field. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
