Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct technical and HR screening to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Meet recruitment targets and deadlines set by internal stakeholders or external clients.
Keep abreast of IT industry trends and emerging technologies to better evaluate and attract talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment CRM.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment , preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).
Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts or job requisitions simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet hiring targets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or JobDiva.
Understanding of contractual and permanent hiring models.
