We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled and unskilled workers for various industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and facility management. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, knowledge of blue-collar job markets, and experience in bulk recruitment.
Identify manpower requirements for blue-collar positions across different industries.
Source candidates through job portals, agencies, field recruitment, referrals, and local networks.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment cycle including documentation and joining formalities.
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and agents.
Stay updated with labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and competitor hiring practices.
Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar workforce (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage bulk hiring within deadlines.
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office / recruitment tools.
