Role Overview:

The HR & Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations, ensuring a smooth hiring process, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and execute HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll, and HR documentation.

• Drive employee engagement activities, training & development programs.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

• Strengthen employer branding and build a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as HR Executive/Recruiter.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and Indian labour laws.

• Experience with HRMS & ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, Workday, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
