Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
