We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals to meet the ongoing talent needs of the organization or clients. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about recruitment or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in IT hiring.
Understand job requirements for IT roles (developers, testers, analysts, etc.)
Source profiles using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports
Build a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs
Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives as needed
For Freshers:
Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or any equivalent degree)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn about IT roles and hiring trends
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent sourcing
For 1–2 Years Experience:
Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
Knowledge of various sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
Communication & negotiation skills
Time management and multitasking
Strong interpersonal skills
