We are looking for a Recruitment Intern / Fresher to support our hiring processes. You will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate databases and trackers

• Support the recruitment team in daily operations and reporting

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
