Position: Recruitment Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Getting active details of current requirements from Team Leader.

• Sourcing candidates across various job portals, social networks, personal/professional networks etc.

• Conducting interviews through various recruiting and selection tools.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Maintaining excel database of sourcing, screening, selections and joining.

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports as needed to management.

• Adhering to team policies and procedures.

• Meeting monthly selection/joining targets.

• Should be able to meet daily KRAs.

Qualification: Graduate and above

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment

• Seeking young and enthusiast candidates (Females most preferred)

• Must be hard working and growth oriented

• Should have descent MS word and MS Excel knowledge

6 working days and Sunday week off
