About the position

The Recruiter for Blue Collar Positions will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of blue-collar roles within the company, focusing on critical positions in construction, transportation, and logistics. • Oversee background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment processes.

• Meet monthly hiring targets, focusing on critical roles.

• Manage onboarding in SuccessFactors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience recruiting blue-collar workers in construction, transportation, logistics, etc.

• Familiarity with DOT regulations and labor standards (preferred).

• Strong understanding of blue-collar roles in construction, transportation, and logistics.

• Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and onboarding tasks.

• Problem-solving, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a high-volume recruiting environment.

• Sales and negotiation skills to attract and secure candidates.
